Ghost of Tsushima: Kensei Armor
Ghost of Tsushima's Kensei Armor is an armor set described as "Belonged to a Straw Hat infamous for his cunning and deception." It is acquired through completing The Six Blades of Kojiro. This mythical tale is one of the best quests in the game.
Kensei Armor Bonus
You need to fully upgrade the armor to receive the maximum value of the bonus attributes.
- 30% increase to Resolve gains
- Ghost Weapons deal 30% more damage
- Striking an enemy with a Ghost Weapon cause that enemy to deal 50% less damage and receive 50% more damage
Upgrading Kensei Armor
To fully upgrade Kensei Armor, you will need crafting materials.
Kensei Armor I
Kensei Armor I has the following bonus attributes.
- 15% increase to Resolve gains
- Ghost Weapons deal 15% more damage
- Striking an enemy with a Ghost Weapon cause that enemy to deal 25% less damage and receive 25% more damage
You acquire Kensei Headband with the base armor.
Kensei Armor II
Kensei Armor II has the following bonus attributes.
- 30% increase to Resolve gains
- Ghost Weapons deal 15% more damage
- Striking an enemy with a Ghost Weapon cause that enemy to deal 25% less damage and receive 25% more damage
You acquire Kensei Hat - Improved with this upgrade.

- 10 Linen
Kensei Armor III
Kensei Armor III has the following bonus attributes.
- 30% increase to Resolve gains
- Ghost Weapons deal 15% more damage

You acquire Kensei Hat - Refined with this upgrade.

Kensei Armor IV
Kensei Armor IV has the same appearance as the Armor III. The change is in the bonus attributes.
