Diablo II: Voice of Reason Runeword

Voice of Reason is a runeword consisting of Lem-Ko-El-Eld for four-socketed maces and swords in Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. It is a good mid-game runeword with a Cold Theme. Its main feature is not its physical damage, but its chance to cast various cold-based attacks like Frozen Orb and Ice Blast.

Plus, it decreases enemy cold resistance, while increasing the weapon's cold damage. To complete the theme, it gives the hero the Cannot Be Frozen bonus.
