Diablo II: Charsi
Charsi is the blacksmith of the Rogue Encampment. She sells armor and weapons and repairs damaged ones. She will initiate the Tools of the Trade quest, where you have to fetch a magical hammer and deliver it to her. As a reward, she will allow you to imbue an item with magical powers.
