Ghost of Tsushima's Assassination is a game mechanic that enables you to easily kill an enemy once you are in perspective where it does not have awareness of your presence and you are either at the back or at the top of the target.

Once you are able to distract an enemy and get into their backs, you will be able to execute an assassination.

You might want to do this with a distraction, by using either a Wind Chime or a Firecracker.

This will create vibrations in the air that can enable you to sneak into their backs. For distractions, you can use Wind Chime or Firecracker.
